Do you accept insurance?
I currently accept Independent Health, Blue Cross/Blue Sheild, United Heath Care and Univera. I am not currently accepting any EAP benefits. In certain situations I can also bill your insurance plan directly as an out-of-network provider. It is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers as far as out-of-network providers as all plans differ. If you prefer to pay and submit to your insurance directly, I can provide you with a superbill that provides your insurance with all required information for reimbursement.
What do you charge per session?
My out-of-pocket fees are as following -
Initial counseling session - $200
45-minute session - $150
60 minute session - $175
Parent coaching (home-based) - $200 per hour plus mileage; telehealth or office based - $150 per hour

What types of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check and major credit cards. All payments are expected in full at the time of services.
Full session fees are charged for sessions not cancelled without 48-hours notice.
Do you provide teletherapy services?
Services are provided to you in a manner that is most comfortable to you - either in person or via confidential video chat. Following your initial intake you can even schedule these yourself online!
